What penis cylinder and pump should I get

pump-cylindersI would not get cheap penis cylinders with attached balloon pumps.  Any cylinder with a detachable hand pump is good enough to start with.

It is maybe more important to get the right sizes. Length is less important than diameter. A diameter too big isn’t good because then your balls might get sucked in as well. This can be painful. Smaller diameters are more comfortable but don’t leave enough room for expansion.

Eventually you would want two different cylinder sizes for “serious” cock pumping. After you fill the first tube in your session you can switch to the next bigger one. The general rule: When you put your flacid penis in the cylinder you should be able to add one or two fingers. This space is important for expansion. You can buy penis pumps here.

Cheap cock pumping cylinders with attached pumps

basic-penis-pumpCheaper cylinders with attached pumps that you get in sex shops are not really an alternative. They break and are limited in usage and effect. I cannot recommend them. You should get a professional penis cylinder and hand pump instead. You will have more fun. For many years to come.

We will have more fun and better efficiency with high-quality cylinders and pumps. They don’t break easily and can last many years. I still use cylinders that are over 10 years old.

What is this fluid coming out of nipple suckers

First of all – dont worry. That is nothing serious and most every nipple pumper will experience that. When you pump your nipples for a very long time you will develop water blisters. You can spot them on the tip of the nipple or on the side. First they are small and look as if your nipple gets white spots. Then they will grow and eventually open up while you are still inside the nipple sucker. Then you will find some liquid dripping out of the nipple suckers when you take them off. Usually the liquid is clear. Those opened water blisters burn a little but they will heal quickly.

It’s best to stop pumping your nipples for one or two days. Put some (antibiotic) lotion on your nipples and give them a gentle rub. Water blisters are mostly happening when you start nipple pumping. Once your nipples are more trained after some months it will happen less and less. The best thing to do is to take breaks every 15 minutes and to massage your nipples. Use lubricant (vaseline) and don’t pump dry because this would make the skin break even easier. When I do my coaching I look for white spots after 15 minutes and adjust the pressure or stop for a while. Beginners have to be patient. But it is a good idea to pump regularly if not daily. Just take some breakes and avoid overpumping. Watch video how to avoid water blisters while pumping nipples.

How to enlarge nipple length more than thickness

Your goal is to enhance the length of your nipples. You want to gain permanent length of the nipple itself and don’t pump the areola. As you pointed out correctly. The diameter is critical. This video below explains my nipple method. I am using those Thickwall cylinders. The smallest and the next bigger ones. 1/2 inch (1.4cm) “Bullet Nips” and 3/4 inch (2.0cm). I personally think that 1 inch (2.8cm) as nearly too big unless you want to pump the areola. But you always will get a red ring around the areola pumping with such big diameters.

I hardly fit in the smallest Thickwall cylinders. Only the tip of the nipple gets sucked in. So you should use silicone lube to make the nipple move inwards easily. Because this is what will happen. Over 10-20 minutes the nipple will be stretched significantly and much more of the nipple will be inside this 1/2 inch cylinders. This way you definitely an lengthen nipples. I like to switch diameters because also a thick areola can be fun. But you should do both.
